As a Fellow of the Acupuncture Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), Autumn has a special expertise in treating issues related to Fertility and Pregnancy.
Acupuncture has been shown to be an invaluable complement to Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), such as IUI and IVF, as well as for those trying to conceive at home. Autumn has extensive experience in this area, and enjoys working collaboratively with patients’ medical teams, such as doulas and midwives, reproductive endocrinologists, OBGyns, or naturopaths. Autumn delights in cultivating referral relationships in order to best provide all-around care, so that her patients have all the support and resources available to them.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a modality of East Asian Medicine that uses fine needles inserted into the skin at points that correspond to meridians running along the body and connecting to the internal organs. At its most basic, acupuncture works to create balance; balance to the nervous system, balance of the yin and yang and of the qi and blood. Healing and wellbeing are the result of such harmony.
New Patient Visit - 1.5-2 hours, full intake, review medical history and chief concerns, evaluate labs/imaging results, includes acupuncture treatment. $250
Established Patient Visit - 1 hour, follow-up discussion and treatment. $135
Discounts may be offered for ongoing treatment plans

Virtual Fertility Consult
Navigating options when trying to conceive can be overwhelming. A virtual fertility consult provides a space to discuss all the options for growing your family. Whether you are just starting out of have been on the journey a while, this consultation can help guide you to next steps and offer the best referrals for you. Additional advice is offered on lifestyle adjustments that can enhance your fertility, including supplements, diet, stress management, acupuncture.
Initial Virtual Consult - 1 - 1.5 hours. $200
Follow-up Virtual Consults - 30 minutes. $75
Cupping
Cupping is a system of relieving stagnation and pain in the body. Using a suction technique, cupping is like a reverse massage, pulling up and out the deep tensions stored in the body. This service can be added on to an acupuncture session or scheduled exclusively.
Add-on to Acupuncture - 20 minutes. $60
Cupping w/no acupuncture - 30 minutes $75
Herbal therapy
Chinese herbal medicine can be a greatly useful component to a comprehensive treatment plan. Herbal consultations are included in acupuncture sessions as appropriate. Additional rates may apply.

About Me
I grew up in Santa Barbara and have recently returned after spending 25 years in the SF Bay Area, where I attended Mills College and then the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley.
For the past 9 years, I have been practicing acupuncture with a specialty in fertility and pregnancy.
My approach to treatment is comprehensive and gentle. I have years of experience helping patients navigate their options in building a family and providing support and advice alongside the powerfully effective acupuncture treatments.
